Overview of development and consultation possibilities
As part of Hameln Town Councils economic development, we offer advice in the following areas:
- Federal projects: Proposals for industry and infrastructure
- Guidelines for transfer of personnel: encouraging the employment of college graduates.
- "Bafög" Masters Diploma student grants scheme: reasonable credit facility and subsidies for full and part-time Masters in handicrafts students.
- Multimedia initiatives for handicrafts: subsidies for handicraft firms.
- University transfer: Subsidies for businesses working alongside universities and colleges.
- Exhibition promotion: Subsidies for firms who want to participate in exhibitions and fairs.
- Complete public financial support will be offered by firms and businesses on investment with the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau and the Deutsche Ausgleichsbank.
- Livelihood Loans trustee organisation (also special deals for women).
- EU Development Programme: since 01.01.2000 the Hamelin region is one of the European Commissions Objective 2 funding regions.
- Economic Development Funds for special investment in ecological development.
- Research and Development (R&D): low-interest loans as well as subsidies for this area.
- RKW (Rationalisierungskuratorium Wirtschaft) Economic Rationalisation Committee: subsidies on certification of German Industrial Standard ISO 9000 and subsidies for management consultation/undertaking daily costs.
- Co-ordination/co-operation with individual surveys about specific development programmes.
