Open-Air-Play

Every Sunday, from 4th May to 14th September 2008 at 12 noon, on the Hochzeitshaus-terrace in the centre of the town.
The open-air play lasts appr. 30 minutes.

Since 1956, 80 citizens and children have been presenting the legend of the Pied Piper based upon the story by the Brothers Grimm - about 1,000 times so far.



In the Fairy-Tale region of the Weser Mountains, other open-air events may be seen in addition to the Pied Piper Play and Musical "Rats": Muenchhausen Play in Bodenwerder, Cinderella Show in Polle, Hansel and Gretel in Höxter, as well as Dr. Eisenbart's Play in Hann. Muenden.
