Pied Piper meets the Lying Baron

Nothing but Legends, Lies and Lore. The Legend of the Pied Piper is 726 years old and the tall tales of Baron Muenchhausen have been passing around for more than 200 years.

Day 1:
14.00 Enjoy a personal welcome by the Pied Piper followed by a guided tour through the historical old town and come to know some of the Pied Pipers dark secrets.
Dinner in a cosy restaurant.
Overnight stay in hotel.



Day 2:
Breakfast in the hotel.
10.00 Riverboat ride down the Weser to Bodenwerder.
After 13.30 you will be visiting the Münchhausen-Musuem, discover the old town of Bodenwerder and allow yourself an exciting ride down the summer bob run.

17.00 Return trip to Hamelin by riverboat.
In the restaurant „Rattenfängerhaus" you will be served a Hamelin speciality for dinner: flamed rat-tails accomplished by a glass of “rat-killer".
Overnight stay in your hotel.

Day 3:
Pay a visit to Hamelins Glassworks after breakfast and take part in a presentation of the traditional trade in glass-blowing.
12.00 Curtains go back for the legendary Pied Piper Play.
