Opening hours: Monday – Wednesday:  10.00 - 20.00 hours and
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10.00 - 21.00 hours, Sunday: 11.00 - 20.00 hours

Be charmed by the advent seasons sea of lights shining across Hamelins Christmas market!
In the middle of the beautiful old town with all its lovingly reconstructed half-timbered houses and unique buildings of the Weser Renaissance.  70 wooden stalls all decorated in Christmas style are inviting you to take a stroll around the Hochzeitshaus and the Marktkirche.

• Take your visit to the Hamelin Christmas Market
  as an opportunity for a christmassy shopping stroll within 
  the gorgeous old town and pedestrian way and
  come to find attractive shops.
• An entertaining kids programm and stressless and relaxed shopping
  during an otherwise hectic christmas time.
• Enjoy the restaurants and coffee shops with their cosy environment
  and the cultural beauties of the Weser Renaissance.
• The Flotte Weser GmbH is offering
  advent rides on their riverboats cruising the Weser
  (by reservation only; Tel.: 0 51 51 / 93 99 99).
• At the Hamelin Glassworks young and old can blow their very own colourful Christmas baubles assisted by the glass blower himself. Have your Christmas tree standing out with these individual decorations!

Interesting complete programms covering an overnight hotel stay including breakfast, afternoon coffee, dinner, a special christmas guided tour incl. drink, and a presentation at the Glassworks (this includes blowing your own glass bauble) are being offered by the Hamelin Marketing und Tourismus GmbH. Prices start at 95,-- EUR (incl. insurance). Inexpensive day programmes are also available.
